The farm management division has been setup to help investor clients, retired farmers or other owners who desire management help in overseeing their investment in farm properties.  We are setup to provide direct management on properties the owners wish to farm themselves to help maximize the return on their investment. 

We offer the management and accounting functions for the property to be farmed on a custom basis.  We will handle all aspects of the operation; from lining up the custom operators, deciding on cropping programs, overseeing needed field work, paying all bills, working with the government farm programs, to marketing the crop.  We utilize Farm Works accounting software, www.farmworks.com, which allows us to provide detailed reports to the client on all aspects of the operation.  By utilizing their Funds, Trac and Site software products, we can allocate all crop inputs to the specific fields and generate enterprise reports showing profitability of each crop along with detailed field maps, harvest summaries and monthly accounting reports.  We can also provide detailed yield monitoring information if the client so desires.  We work with local crop advisors to establish spray and fertilizer applications and to help monitor the crop during the growing season.
