Goplen Ag Services, Inc. was formed by Astrid and Neal Goplen to provide a variety of services to the Pacific Northwest agricultural community.  The company, headquartered in Richland WA, provides agricultural lending, farm management, integrated pest management consulting and food safety certification services to growers and other customers in the states of Washington and Oregon.

Astrid has spent a majority of her career providing independent integrated pest management consulting services for tree fruit and vine grape growers in the Yakima Valley and the Columbia Basin. Due to the increasing demand from retailers for fresh produce farmers to attain third party food safety certifications, she has added food safety consulting and food safety auditing to the services that she provides to growers.

Neal’s background is in agricultural lending, real estate sales and farm management.  He spent 15 years with one of the major insurance companies involved in agricultural lending and farm management before venturing out on his own.  Today Goplen Ag Services, Inc.  is a correspondent and direct lender for numerous lending sources providing our customers with a wide range of long term and short term borrowing options. We also offer farm management services, providing custom management and accounting services to investors and producers in the dryland wheat areas of Eastern Washington.
